Extra Innings offers comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-17. These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
Summer Outdoor Baseball Clinic #1
This week-long outdoor clinic focuses on the FUNdamentals of baseball including hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing and base-running. Players are separated into age groups and rotated through skill stations taught by our professional instructors in their individual areas of expertise. In addition to skills and drills, the clinic also features daily supervised game play. This clinic will take place at the Plainville Athletic Complex.

This week-long outdoor clinic is designed to establish proper softball mechanics and FUNdamentals in the areas of hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching and slapping. Each day our instructors will lead the students in a series of drills for each of the skill areas, followed by a supervised game play at the end. This clinic will be located at the Plainville Athletic Complex.. Space is limited, please register early.

GEAR UP FOR FALL BASEBALL CLINIC
This four day clinic will get you geared up and ready for the upcoming fall baseball league. We will run you through a two hour Extra Innings practice instructed by former professionals and current college players/coaches every day with ground balls, batting practice, base running, fly balls and pitchers will throw off a mound to a catcher to get ready for the season.
